Facility Auditing & Retro-Commissioning
Utility Advantage’s team of energy engineers will complete a detailed energy audit of facilities to identify energy conservation measures (ECM’s), energy efficiency measures (EEM’s) and O&M improvements. We provide a report with the associated cost and ROI for each project. The report includes available rebates and financing options.
In addition to assessing a facility for efficiency, O&M and conservation measures, we can also assess whether the energy consuming system(s) are operating optimally through a retro-commissioning project. Often the systems were designed with one set of operating parameters and over time the requirements of
the system change. Also, the system(s) may not have been properly commissioned when they were initially installed, so a retro-commissioning project will identify and improve system operations resulting in greater efficiency and lower costs.
Utility programs are available that may cover the cost of the audit - please contact us to learn more.
